POETRY COMPETITION

The theme is Nature Speaks
Participants are required to write an original poem that fits the theme given.
Participants are required to record a video of them reciting the poem as well as recite it live during the day of competition itself
The duration for both video and live recital have to be 4 to 5 minutes long.
The video has to be submitted a week before the competition and will be uploaded on the SAEYLS YouTube page.
Judges will judge based on the live recitation as well as the video submitted.

The theme is superheroes
Participants are required to create an original designed costume inspired by the costume of a superhero of their choice.
The costumes will have to be made out of recycled and reused materials
Participants are also required to prepare a powerpoint presentation about the costumes
Participants are required to document their progress by including pictures of their costumes in the making in the powerpoint presentation
Participants are required to record a video of them modelling and walking the “runway”
The video has to be submitted a week before the competition
Participants are also required to prepare a presentation about the costumes
On the day of competition, the runway video will be played and followed by the presentation. Lastly, a Q&A session. All will be done live on a platform that can conduct a livestream.
